Dr. Spiewak earned her medical degree from the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine and completed a combined residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at University of South Florida. She is dual board-certified in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics, allowing her to provide comprehensive care across a broad range of health concerns and life stages. Prior to joining Inertia Medical, she served as Assistant Professor at the University of South Florida and was a core faculty member within the Internal Medicine-Pediatrics residency program. Passionate about helping patients achieve lasting wellness, Dr. Spiewak combines evidence-based medicine with a proactive approach to disease prevention, metabolic health, weight management, hormone optimization, and longevity-focused care. Known for her thoughtful, collaborative approach, Dr. Spiewak believes exceptional healthcare begins with meaningful relationships, personalized attention, and a deep understanding of each patient's unique goals.
