Dr. Powell is Vice President of Florida E.N.T. & Allergy as well as one of the founding members. While he practices the full breadth of Ear, Nose, and Throat disorders, he is regional expert in sinonasal surgery, specializing in both traditional and minimally invasive techniques for conditions ranging from chronic sinusitis and nasal obstruction to nasal polyps and complex sinus disease. His dual expertise in operating room and in-office procedures means patients have access to a full spectrum of treatment options — often with less downtime, less discomfort, and a quicker path back to everyday life. He is Past President of Florida Society of Otolaryngology- Head & Neck Surgery as well as clinical faculty at USF Health.
